Travel

For specific questions regarding travel and housing for the conference, you may email the Conference Logistics Coordinator, Tyler Whipple at twhipple@calpoly.edu.

  • Please park in General Parking, either in the large parking lot or parking structure adjacent to Grand Avenue (map here). Parking is free after 5pm on Friday until Sunday night. If you wish to park on campus before 5pm Friday, you may purchase a $5 permit from the Visitor Info Center at the Grand Avenue entrance.
  • Conference check-in will be on the upper level of the University Union from 6-8:30pm on Friday, and 8-9am on Saturday morning.
